    • Since 1978, GAONA has created more than 100 superalloys, possessed c.a. 300 technical and research results, obtained 106 patents, 20 national rewards, and 108 ministry/local rewards.

    • GAONA established a daughter company in TIANJIN to produce extra high purity matels, and high level mould and die materials.
    • 2010
    • GAONA established a branch in HEBEI Zhuo Zhou, expending its fabrication ability of powder metallurgy superalloy, vacuum induction melting followed by vacuum horizantal continous casting, and light-metal alloys.
    • 2009
    • GAONA was listed in China Grown Enterprise Stock Market (GES, or China NASDAQ, Stock Code 300034).

    • CISRI was renamed as China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group (still short for CISRI).
    • 2005
    • Cobalt-based alloy (Stellite 6K) was produced and supplied to industry.

    • GAONA’s new factory was completed in Beijing YONG FENG. It containes production lines of investment casting, wrought Cobalt-based alloy (similar to Stellite alloy), and hot-working deforming.

    • Superalloy Department was restructured by CISRI as CISRI-GAONA Materials & Technology Co., Ltd. (GAONA)

    • Cobalt-based alloy (Stellite 6B) was produced successfully.
